HOW TO TURN ON THE MINI HUMIDIFIER CORRECTLY?

To start the continuous mode, simply push the power button for 1 second after plugging it in. To start the night light mode, keep pushing the power button for 3 seconds. For the colorful light mode, keep pushing the power button for another 3 seconds. To start the intermittent spray mode, push the power button for an additional 1 second. To turn off the light, push the power button for 3 seconds, and to turn off the mini humidifier, push the power button for 1 second.

Troubleshooting Steps When the Mini Humidifier Stops Working!

Q: The humidifier has produced less steam and doesn't seem to be working properly. What happened? How should I fix it?

A1: The filter (or cotton swab) is not completely wet. The cotton swabs in the mini humidifier are used to absorb water. To see better performance, we advise users to soak the filter stick to be wet completely before inserting it into the humidifier and turning it on.

A2: Check if the spring is still in place under the filter. If the spring is missing, the cotton swab cannot absorb water effectively, which will cause no mist even when you hit the button.

A3: Check if you have added essential oils or other water treatment chemicals to the humidifier. It is better not to add essential oils to the tank, as this will affect the humidifier's ability to spray mist.

A4: The filter (or cotton swab) has been used for a long time. The cotton swab will become dirty and hard if used for a long time, which will cause the humidifier to produce less steam or even stop working. It is recommended to change the cotton swab every 1 to 3 months, depending on how frequently you use your humidifier and what type of water you use in the water tank.

A5: Check if the USB cord is working properly. If not, replace the USB cable or the mini humidifier.

A6: The package may be damaged, or the humidifier itself could be defective. If the tamper-proof seal has been found to be broken or the shrink wrap torn off upon receiving the humidifier, please tell the seller anytime, and they will gladly assist you.
